After my other half and I had made the decision to move to Hitchin, not knowing the area, we had to start our search with a bit of guess work. We made several different viewings with various different estate agents and it is safe to say that Jasmine from Country Properties was the most efficient and personable of the lot.

Rather than trying to 'sell' us a property she answered all of our MANY questions with honesty and put us at complete ease, so much so that we decided we only wanted to search for somewhere with Country Properties as we felt so comfortable and safe with them. After our first choice didn't quite work out, we were contacted by Sally who told us of a property she thought would suit us. By the next day, Jasmine had arranged a viewing and we made the decision to start the process of signing for it.

Having moved from separate locations, and being first time tenants, Jasmines patience has been invaluable. She has made this whole process so easy and enjoyable and having met Sally when we signed our forms, her charm and friendly manner only cemented the belief that we had made the right decision of limiting ourselves to searching within one establishment.

It has been a joy to deal with Country Properties and we would gladly do so again.
