I always thought Estate Agents were cunning, sly and manipulative. However, when my girlfriend and I were looking for a place to rent in Balham, there was one estate agent that stood out from the rest. The staff and in particular a gentleman by the name of Mark Shodipo was extremely helpful. He didn't try to push us to view any properties that didn't suit our requirements. Updated us on new properties and if I was unavailable he would contact my partner Emma. It only took Lauristons under a week to help us find a perfect property. We now live in a stunning apartment and will be looking to stay for 2 years all because of the attention to detail that was given to us. I would 100% recommend this Estate Agents. Thank you so much Lauristons.

would have preferred to be able to negotiate rate to 1% as you were sole agent but was told your lowest rate was 1.5% but on reflection because of Vik's work and his team I'm over all happy now with the 1.5%

Thank you for your review and the feedback about our fees. As you outline; our fees are made very clear and transparent at the outset of the agreement. We actually get all of our prospective tenants to sign a separate agreement between the agency and each respective tenant setting all these fees out transparently.
