The service throughout selling my daughter's house through this company was excellent. From Liam coming round to value the property and take down the details of the property to Jo taking us on viewings . The communication throughout was very good.
However the service I was most impressed with was the progression section. An excellent way to have someone know what was happening within the chain. Much better not to keep disturbing the Agents in the office who are obviously busy selling property.
Ann and Ginette were brilliant in a very difficult situation with our chain. They kept me informed at all times when I was becoming very stressed, I felt they were doing everything possiable they could do to make sure everything within the chain would run smoothly.
The hand over between the two was excellent so when one of them wasnt there the other always knew the position of the chain.
I cannot praise these two ladies highly enough, after nearly a year dealing with them I felt they were as happy as we were when we exchanged and not just because its there job and they are glad to stop getting endless calls from me.

Your response is the reason why I chose to use media rather than your in house complaints procedure. Liam Feeney was under no duress to offer to schedule an appointment at 15.00. We arrived at the property at 15.20 and he was not there. I called the office at 15.22 stating that i had arrived'. Liam did not advise me that he had to go onto his next appointment and was due there at 15.45. He only stated he had another appointment hence why I asked whether it would be possible for him to show ...
