How am I supposed to sum up months of work in just a few lines? I've spoken to Mike for years about selling our house, and he gave me excellent advice on what to do to it before we were ready...once we got the house listed (easy, efficient) they arranged many viewings, at convenient times, and got us more than one offer.
The problems started then - none of these were Beresford Adams' doing, and they handled all our queries, problems, frustrations, despairs and anxieties perfectly. It's not just that Mike, Mandy and the rest of the team are professional - one would expect that - it's that they care, on a very personal level, about everything. They make you feel like they're selling or buying the house for themselves.
I realise this review is a little 'glowing', but that's how we feel. When they said they'd do something, they did it quickly and efficiently. When there were problems, they were there (including after hours!) When one part of our deal failed to complete on time Mandy chased, harangued and nagged far more effectively that our solicitor did to try to get the issue resolved.
They're not the cheapest agents in the area, but you get what you pay for. Or, you don't - you get more than you pay for, from people who not only understand how stressful buying and selling can be but also treat you as an individual, who care as much as you do, and are willing to work hard to help you get what you want...while smiling all the way through.
