I am delighted to have the opportunity to give feedback on the outstanding service I received from Billie Blankson in helping me find a rental property. I have recently relocated back home to the UK after living in Australia for 11 years and was looking to find somewhere to rent close to my family in Crystal Palace. Although I have rented in Australia and have been a landlord myself, I was not familiar with the rental market in London and was keen to find somewhere I comfortable and quiet to call home as quickly as possible with the minimum fuss. Billie patiently stepped me through every stage of the process, clearly communicating with me, letting me know about new flats straight away, answering all my questions and generally going the extra mile to help me find the perfect property for me. I was dealing with agents from other estate agencies at the same time and often felt pressured or that I was being given a 'hard sell' and not told the full truth. Often I found they even mixed me up with other clients. Billie's honest, personal approach was the exact opposite and I really appreciated that she took the time to get to know what I was looking for. She was at all times friendly, professional and competent. I feel reassured to have her managing the property I am renting and would not hesitate to recommend her to other tenants and landlords.
