I rent from this agency, they told me a contract renewal was £20 when I moved in. A year later they then asked for £50 for a contract renewal, I signed all the paperwork and went to pay the £50 to find that they actually hid the VAT so I had to pay £60. Another hidden price hike! After all this, all they did was get me to sign a one page document agreeing to continue the current contract. A single sheet of paper cost me £60, day light robbery!!!
