I used Jones Robinson to let my two-bed apartment on a fully managed basis in Newbury for a period of two years. I found their service to be highly professional, courteous, reassuring and unobtrusive. They quickly found suitable tenants who passed the background checks. They helped to arrange a pre-letting cleaning service and grounds maintenance contractor. During the course of the tenancy their inspection reports included photographs in the detailed report, which I wasn't expecting and found reassuring.
The staff were all friendly, helpful and dealt with any situations that occurred very efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
