Poor service willfully will not carry out any repairs. Lived in a flat managed by them which was riddled with damp and mould problems. Windows, guttering needed repairs. Fittings in very poor state of repair. If you thinking of renting a flat give these guys a miss!!! Let us let you be taken for a ride.

With regard to works required on any of the properties we manage, once reported to us we always forward to the Landlord and ask for their instructions. What you have to bear in mind is that each property belongs to the Landlord (not us) and therefore the decision is theirs on whether the works are carried out or not. The only exception is where the dilapidation poses a risk to the Tenant or property, in which case we can instruct works as long as there are sufficient funds in the Landlords account to meet the costs.

We have tried in the past to act sympathetically when dealing with people, but time has taught us to stick to the facts only and this then sets clear guidelines for all. There are set guidelines laid out under the Deposit Protection Scheme Rules and we always work within those timescales, which include a period of 3 months from Tenancy end in which a Tenant can raise a dispute. When asked how soon a deposit will be refunded, we advise it can be within 7 to 10 days if there is no claim against the deposit from the Landlord, or if the Tenant agrees deductions. In this instance there was a period of negotiation between the Tenant, us and the Landlord which took ...
