I have dealt with James and Allan Howland on several property deals in the last 3 years and they have always been very professional and proactive in their activities. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to a landlord or vendor.
There are some other reviews on this site already (Kerry, Cuz and Davesmith) and they do not in my experience accurately describe the way the Howlands behave. In fact if you look at them closely, the language and punctuation is very similar and I would suggest that they have been placed by a nearby rival agent rather than real customers.
