Landlords stay clear! I would never recommend this company. They promise they are available 24hrs a day, of course no-one expects a reply in the middle of the night, but on a working day within working hours is not unreasonable, or atleast to have a voicemail or email to be responded to in a timely manner. The tenant, who they continue to say is such a good tenant, has continued to pay late or not at all, resulting in continual chasing. When they do actually reply you will be given every excuse under the sun. Avoid at all costs!
