I have rented with Morgans before, but only through their city centre office. My experiences mean I would not recommend them again and certainly not have any dealings with their headingley office.

When maintenance issues were reported, they wrote incorrect information meaning that it took weeks to get fixed. We could never be certain our bills were correct as the meters were in the landlords shop under our flat - the water company are still (after a year) think we might have a leak. This cost both time and money. On check-out they ensured we were charged for something and they took no notice of my concerns. We have been charged top dollar and they refused to negotiate any complaint. The landlord has used our money to ensure their property can achieve top price from the next tenant. We are still waiting for return of our bond.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could have dealt with complaints and sought to deliver a service to tenants as well as landlords. Agent could also deal with maintenance issues appropriately and in timely way.
