I found this company to be dishonest and full of rubbish. As a prospective viewer to a property, i asked with caution why as such a beautiful property with period detail and sea views had not sold for over 6 months, they blamed the vendor for not being flexible about offers. We viewed the property and discussed potential building occurring in the future to the rear of the property. Again a load of waffle about planners would not allow buildings higher than existing rooflines.
We almost submitted an offer, but after smelling a rat we discovered a proposed ( and still pending approval) 200ft apartment block was to be built to the rear of the property and would completely block out all light to gardens and house. He was aware we had driven all the way from Bristol to view this property.
We were also told we were the 17th viewers that morning (the guy was going home at lunchtime).
I rang and was promptly transferred to the proprietor of the business. I found him patronising and rude. Saying things like 'Thats what surveys are for dear', etc, etc.
Use this company at your peril!

It is always difficult to comment on reviews from anonymous submissions but I am sorry that you have not had a positive experience. Unfortunately, not all tenants are suitable for all of our landlords and properties, and we do have a duty to ensure that all tenants are properly vetted and approved.
