"My Winkworth story began in early May 2013 when, after comparing them with other agents, I decided to appoint them to take on the sale of my house in Winchmore Hill.
It is of course a potentially fraught business selling a house and I had lived at my current address for 27 years so, with a deep breath, I took the plunge and trusted Ahmet, the negotiator who took me through the initial process and awaited results.
True to his assurances every step of the way, every viewing, every feedback, was effortlessly communicated to me and at no time did I feel unsupported. There were, in fact, plenty of viewings, each one with that breathless possibility that this might be the purchaser. It did feel like quite a long saga but in fact the sale was finally agreed a little over three months later and although at times it had felt like a long time, it really wasn't.
Leila and Ahmet have been the negotiators who patiently showed potential buyers round the house - again and again - and their relief must have been at least equal to mine when the sale happened.
The support continued well into that next period of behind-the-scenes activity and at no time did I feel as if I was on my own. On the contrary I felt like one of the Winkworth family as the legal side gradually wormed its way to the conclusion more or less six months later.
So, all I can say, is thank you to everyone in the Palmers Green Winkworth branch."

Fees charged were industry standard. You may find other agents offering 'reduced' or 'cut price' fees that are cheaper and you should ask yourself why and I think instructing the best agent is not something to skim on. You get what you pay for and the team at Winkworth N13 offer a premium photography service, along with the best marketing strategies and probably the best database of buyers to pitch your property to.
