Lockwood's have let all my properties in and and around the Ashford area for over 5+ years, taking care of all the management/maintenance issues as well. Throughout this process they always remain professional but friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with. Most importantly they always find good and reliable tenants.
Lockwood's is very capably looked after on a day to day basis by the girls in the office with Mark at the helm.
My portfolio has rather grown within the last 7 years but having Lockwood's, has made it very trouble free, especially when I am out of the country.
I would obviously have no doubts in recommending them and wish them a continued success.

I was accompanied friend during the move to new home. We had to wait outside their office for 1 hour 30 min in cold during their office hours with truck full of luggage on the move date, to get the keys of the new home.There is no response from their telephone including the emergency number. Finally when the lady turned up at 10 30 on saturday morning, all that we ezpected was an apology, instead we had to face rude behaviour by her and she even insisted one of us to leave the office, when questioned about why nobody is in the office during the office hours and no response on the phone, most terrible customer service we have ever faced. Definitely not recommend this agent to anyone without a doubt.
