Nick is extremely unprofessional I have warned everyone to not rent with this company as he purposely sent maintenance round while I was out to make the problem I had worse and then blamed it on me , this is so dodgy and for that reason I didn't get my deposit back . They teamed up with maintenance so there was enough "witnesses" lying . Be aware !!! They will try their hardest to not return deposit & are reluctant to fix anything or help in anyway. The emails I got from nick were personal and unprofessional . Worse agency ever.

Hi there. I'm sorry that you have had trouble Amy with us. We would only send in contractors if you were out and we have used them for many years to trust them explicitly. All deposits are registered in the TDS so they are protected from you, us and the landlord.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency couldve been helpful and polite. Not rude argumentative when asked a question regarding our rights and atleast called or emailed us for when we move out the property to help us find somewhere else! Awful just awful. The worst estate agency in Bournemouth!Attached Filesnbsp;
