This is the poorest letting agency I had as a tenant.
Among the problems :
- Over invoicing, I had to ask a refund.
- They had to give me 3 banks account to find the good one to pay the rent on, and they threaten you with fees even if it's their fault. No excuses when they see their mistake.
- No answer for every questions or problems. They just send a first mail telling you they "acknowledge and will advice", but nothing will ever come from them, even after months of reminders.
- They won't hesitate to let you with a broken boiler (no heat or hot water) in winter until the end of tenancy if it's in a few days. They never replied to the repair demand, but did not forget to ask me to pay for a professional cleaning (even if the flat was in a very well condition) in the same time.
- Finally, even if the check-out came perfect, I'm still waiting for my deposit back. It's been more than a month, and if after 2 weeks I got a "we'll send a reminder to the Landlord for him to review the check-out", since then don't even answer anymore. I had to make a complain on the TDS site...

My advice is : avoid this agency at all cost. If you ever come to have a problem with your property, this agency will make your life a hell. Just find the property you want in another agency, whatever it is, it will save you time, money and health.

Act for us, not the tenants Respond to our emails Counicate amongst each other so that we don't need to repeat our instructions over and over again between different people Be upfront with their T&Cs - not try and slip new ones in Prepare the lease in accordance with instructions
