This is the most unprofessional and incompetent estate agent in Birmingham. Their customer service is non-existent and trying to make contact with them is impossible. I have written three formal complaints to the Director of the company and I have received no contact from them whatsoever. I am currently taking them down a legal battle, so please, if you're reading this avoid the company at all costs.
