BEWARE!!
Last summer I rented the apartment under a 6 month lease which expired on 30th November last as of today 14th February I have still not been ale to recover my deposit which have been repaid to me by Dec 10th.
Despite numerous promptings and be assured that I would receive it shortly I have been unable to make any progress with them.
Twice I was told the cheque was in the post but it never arrived. I thought the matter was resolved two weeks ago when they agreed to refund me by direct transfer to my Bank Account. When it did not arrive I pursued the matter with them on Tuesday 11th Feb and was sent an e-mail stating that the money had left their Bank Account and to expect to appear in mine by today 14th. It has not.
I am fed up with the lies and deceit and now intend to take the matter further through the Courts if necessary.
