I tried to make an appointment to view the property, which was currently tenanted. The agent refused to even let me see the property unless I was prepared to purchase with tenant (I am looking to purchase with vacant possession, but this was the only landlord who is not prepared to provide viewings to anyone who does not have a buy to let mortgage approved). The reason given was that the vendor wanted an immediate sale, although the property has been on the marked for a year you'd have thought they would have been keen to follow up any interest.
I viewed a second property with this agent which was advertised as two double bedrooms. It was actually a double and a single. The photos being used to market the property were not photos of the apartment being sold.
Avoid this agency.

how can you claim that what you have said is true when 90% of the reviews on this site reiterate what i have said i.e. unfair holding of deposit, no return of phonecalls/emails, it is quite clear you are just trying to cover your back!
you are right that you send an automated out of office response but then do not proceed to answer the emails or return phonecalls - quite frankly the whole operation is a joke.

Hi They did the same thing with Mrs Eman Dehmain - the taking of money from the debit card - once you have allowed them to have access to your bank debit card they will deduct money from you whether you want it or not. we also suspect they do not do the gas and electricity inspections and then forge certificates when you complain - this is a very well mounted operation protected by a Solicitor that has now been reported to the SRA
