My wife and I decided we are going to move back from France to the UK this year, but although we didnt have any firm date in mind, we had selected Gosport as our initial preferred relocation area.
We came across around six months ago to Gosport and registered with Leaders and a couple of other local Letting Agencies. However it was apparent right from the very start that Leaders were the Agency who had the most professional and friendly manner (and best properties) so we concentrated our search for property with them solely.
Helen in the Gosport office showed us round several properties during our first visit and was very helpful, and she gave us a good idea of what was available and which locations were most suitable for our needs. But at that time we were not in a position to move, and went back to France.
Helen kindly kept us updated on any new properties that were suitable to our requirements as they came into the agency. This was very good customer service and we kept up a dialogue for another few months until we came back across to the UK again ready to find a property to let.
Helen kindly arranged several viewing for us but we fell for the first house that she showed us and we told her we wanted to go ahead with this one. Unfortunately as we have been out of the UK for several years then it was not so straightforward as we had no UK credit history and I was employed by a non UK based company! But Helen arranged for us to talk to her excellent branch manager - Andy - and he worked with the Landlord to clarify all the details and references and within a couple of days the property was ours!
Massive thanks to Helen and Andy for making what could have been a difficult move back to our home country, so smooth and easy. Leaders Gosport has a very professional team who I would not hesitate to recommend most highly to anyone searching for a new property.
