Wish i knew about website years ago. Rented house for a year due to divorce, so needed something asap. heating didn't work properly, never fixed ! drainage issues resulted in sewage exploding outside which I had to pick up - took weeks to sort out. totally disgusting .. back door didn't lock properly - never fixed .
I had the whole house painted professionally white including skirtings ( had kids had trying to make look decent) also a new carpet in sons room as theirs was disgusting - asked permission of course. however as bought a very expensive large wardrobe it couldnt be moved so small patch behind it left - original walls were green and purple !! on leaving this cold damp house, i was subsequently charged £150 to paint the wall the wardrobe was on !! also my professional carpet cleaner and gardener didn't do a good enough job and was charged for this also.. totally furious.. no comeback and took monies from my deposit!! incredibly they put rent up another £75 per month due to all my cleaning.. total con, communication disgraceful, repairs shoddy and over priced.. DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!

Typical of the lies which Goodearl and indeed* deal in. I dealt extensively with**, they were all typical to a fault. Dishonest, untrustworthy, unprofessional liars. The petty nature of these individuals knows no bounds. They even (as an act of revenge for this review presumably) used my details to sign me up for sales calls but were too stupid to hide their IP address! Further action will be taken for this illegal use of my details. ...
