I had rented a beautiful apartment from Leaders Letting agency at Sutton for years. From the very first interaction, the dealings with the Leaders was very uncomfortable as they are very rude and unprofessional in their dealings, they just make you feel that you are a tenant so you are at their mercy. First I thought it could be that one person. But after several years I have comminicated with more than 5 people who were managing the property and I have reached to the conclusion that it is their culture at the Sutton Branch. I am with another letting agent at the moment even though I really loved the apartment I couldn't take them any longer. I never contacted them unless it was unavoidable. They do not respect tenants, treat you like pests, ignore your requests and tell you - that their only job is to work for the landlord. For example, last year when the winter started the central heating and hot water system in the apartment started having problems as it would stop working intermittently. I informed them immediately, they never bothered to fix it until after 2 months, which was after a series of calls and emails. It was very difficult to live in the apartment during that time without hot water.
