These slippery suckers have got £470 of my money - £200 holding deposit and £270 administration fees - which I will never see again because they are going bankrupt. EVERYONE PLEASE NOTE: There is a liquidation meeting on 14th March at the Marriott Hotel Portsmouth, at 10.30am. I actually took them to a small claims court in Chichester last month and won but guess what? Adam Dungworth (director, but couldn't direct his way out of a paper bag) DIDN'T TURN UP! Don't think for one moment that Peter Hollingdale is a director of PTF (he has 2 failed directorships behind him according to Companies Registry - LOSER) and he's only one of the gophers at PTF. But what about Hot Digital in the rear office at 151 London Road? Now there's a thing ... its director is none other than Scott Dungworth who is also a director of Tenant Finders with his brother Adam. All I can say is that I bet their mother must be very proud of her sons. Fancy ripping off an old age pensioner like me, Mrs Dungworth, ma'am. How low could they get? I say as many of us as possible should band together and go to the liquidation meeting next month and remember to bring a little bag of over ripe tomatoes. Hi there.

Me and my housemates are in pretty much the same situation and hopefully taking them to the small claims court. Forms sent today. After you won your case did you get the money back by chance? Not really holding out much hope for myself but hopefully I'll meet Peter, adam and stuart in a dark alley someday soon.

Also call the evening news as they are running a feature this week! They passed the creditors details to me, listed ok but zero chance of any money! Right in the middle of selling my property and I have to drag them through the courts so I can obtain legal possession and issue tenants a section 21! Ridiculous don't know how Adam can sleep at night! Out of pocket £2k and just recovering from breast cancer.. Cheers! ...

My daughter made the mistake of using these cowboys after they contacted her regarding a flat she was letting, despite the tenant paying them in December one months rent and one months deposit she is still waiting for for the deposit, they sent her an emails stating they would pay her both amounts but it never materialised, she only got one months rent out of them because my husband refused to leave their offices until they processed the payment, taking them to court will do no good as they alre ...
