I have been asking Lucie (and latterly Suzie) to find me tenants for 10 years from both the Cowell and Norford offices in Rochdale as well as klirkhams Chadderton offices. Lucie has an unerring instinct as to whether a prospective tenant is genuine or not. She is wiling to do what many agents will not - she will say that a tenant is not acceptable, even though that could mean a void - because she knows how difficult, time-consuming and expensive it is to get poor tenants out of a property. Suzie is fast becoming as skilled as Lucie and provides excellent service as outlined above.

Occasionally there are issues with phones being answered - that is true of any business these days when everyone is manic.. but I email them and have always had responses to my queries. I only once abandoned Lucie for another agent - I soon came back.

I think the fees are comparable with other letting agents in the area so acceptable to us. When we initially met with a member of staff (not John) we were quoted a higher rental figure than we actually got but that is not down to John - I feel the initial member of staff embellished the figure somewhat to try to get our business. John was more honest about this.
