I have been a landlord for 5 years now and have used fair-way lettings during this time. I would not use anyone else, as the team have always been willing to assist me with any issues I may have experienced. They are a family run company and I truly believe that shows when dealing with you. They make you feel valued and treat you as an individual. This to me is very important and in my experience is lost when dealing with nationwide companies.

I rate their service as EXCELLENT and if your a landlord /landlady looking to rent your company out, I would highly recommend fairway lettings. There is never any issue parking outside their office and also their opening hours make it easy to get in contact as they work till 6pm Monday-Friday and 9-1 Saturdays.

They have always contacted me whenever there has been an issue in my property and also got personnel out to do a top professional job. I've never had any issues with shoddy tenants and recieved payment of my rent on time.

Very professional whilst also very personable
