Sale has still not gone through even after 6 months even though I was told it would take 28 days. The staff at Eastbourne also informed me that I would be buying into share of the freehold. They went back on their word and the staff are denying all knowledge even though they also informed my solicitor and mortgage advisor that there would be share of freehold - they went back on their word, got caught out. They are extremely unprofessional. Do not use this agent - stay away from Sequence. I am now starting legal proceedings.

If they haven't kept to their agreement ie not putting you on all the websites they say, increasing the vat even though they said it would stay the same if I sign today!! Can you get your money back? Feb 24, 2011
