Just a quick email to say thank you for all your help in the recent sale of my flat

As you know it was a little bit of a rush to get everything in order before I left the UK, But with your help all matters were resolved quickly and efficiently.

From start to finish, you were always in contact with me and even when I was pushing for answers, you took the time to find them for me with a matter of minutes.

Moving house is always stressful, but you made it a smooth as it could possibly be, from the moment you came round to the moment the contracts were exchanged
