Kings lettings/ kings group is very terrible letting agent, poor service overall.

I've being used at least 10 agents, but kings is the worst.
At first place, when we enter our property, we find it's not cleared, the agent told us we don't need to clear it when we move out as well. But we did hire a professional clean, they still deduct us 400 pounds for clean from our deposit. And threatening us it might take much longer and may lead to more deduct if we go complain to DSP.

IT TAKE HALF YEAR TO GET OUR DEPOSIT BACK after we threatening to went for legal solution!

Comment on agent fees
My property has been with Kings for years. I understand that the letting fees is 12% which would appear to be reasonable. I have previously asked years ago if the letting fees could be taken from the rent on a monthly basis, rather than all at once?

What agent could do to change your mind?
Incredibly expensive considering the unbelievably poor service. Add in the fact that they charged us to provide a reference to our new landlord - apparently this is the industry standard, but pretty unreasonable.
