Absolutely Night Mare!
Buying a house - Offer accepted on Thursday - Asking for £400 deposit towards CWPL (worst solictors-see separate reviews)
Saturday morning - got Ganzumped - Vicky (assistant manager) Refused to refund £400 as the search has already started??? - For who???
Also, the first house I got recommended strongly by them is on Burnthouse lane
When Sarah shows us around properties, I'm holding not to laugh at her Armature sales skills: "wow. look at this beautiful view!" -- well I can only see a piece of green with a puddle on it and a big chimney not far from it.
And constantly "this house is very popular, there are going to be another 3 views this afternoon"
- and later on I realised the house has been on the market for Monkey number of days.
When you talk to Vicky, she is very sharp and tries her best to push you away once you are tied in with deposit.
So Avoid at all cost,
I think they attract ppl still because they are located in city centre and are good at sweet talks. But don't be fooled.
