I put my property on to sell with Haarts. They omitted to mention the 20 week tie-in on the selling agreement (next time I will read the small print before I sign anything!) and didn't give me a copy of the terms and conditions either. My tenants who were still living in the property said that the Haarts staff were rude when they came to value the property and show people round. And to cap it all - now that I have decided to take the property off the market with them, they are now telling me that they no longer have the key to the property as someone (they have no idea who) has already been to collect the key. I am flabbergasted. Avoid them like the plague!
