This lot hoodwinked us as we advertised our 4 properties on another site with 5% fees if we came over to them, so we did, what a huge mistake,3 of our properties were student houses each with 4 students in,DPS forget it that never happened, and our other house was let to a cowboy family who paid 2 months rent and that was it, 10 months later after going thru the courts they were evicted, PTF never even turned up at the court, they never ever paid our rents on time, excuse after excuse they must of had a book of them, suddenly an accountant was on the scene (was another good excuse),he never existed either, never answered emails or texts, absolute rubbish,fob off after fob off we finally after 6 months of nightmares we sacked them and went back to our original agents( wish we never left them). We had to employ a solicitor to get our money and to take this joke of family(PTFs friends as it worked out) to court, all in all we lost about £3k in legal fees and rents not returned, total disaster,

Also call the evening news as they are running a feature this week! They passed the creditors details to me, listed ok but zero chance of any money! Right in the middle of selling my property and I have to drag them through the courts so I can obtain legal possession and issue tenants a section 21! Ridiculous don't know how Adam can sleep at night! Out of pocket £2k and just recovering from breast cancer.. Cheers! ...

My daughter made the mistake of using these cowboys after they contacted her regarding a flat she was letting, despite the tenant paying them in December one months rent and one months deposit she is still waiting for for the deposit, they sent her an emails stating they would pay her both amounts but it never materialised, she only got one months rent out of them because my husband refused to leave their offices until they processed the payment, taking them to court will do no good as they alre ...
