I am amazed you gave them 2 stars..they only care about the Landlord I was a tenant and treated very badly, single mother, disabled,and very unwell.They lied to me constantly would not pass on information to Landlady,the flat was not safe or fit to live in I only took it because our house was damaged by fire and there was nothing else...cavity wall dampness, windows falling in, front door bashed in etc apart from Sonya the other 3 were bullying me from the start I have the emails...I have been a Landlady myself 4 times and cannot understand how they were allowed to rent this out, they are trained very well at not telling the truth, ignoring any questions a tenant may have, if you read the reviews its all Landlords who give 5 stars because they pay a lot for the full service...the checks they do for them all is ignored...big damp patches climbing up the wall, however they could be in this together and the tenant is the victim, the tenant before me was treated the same..windows,door and dampness was never addressed, just lightly painted over and within 2/3 months black damp is crawling up the walls and your health and belongings are all affected and they say it's all your fault it's condensation and take it out of your deposit and so it goes on....nice little earner!! if you get the authorities involved they could evict you and after a fire you could be homeless in Dec/Jan 2018 I was so shocked this practise went on here in sleepy Storrington..

We are very sorry to read this comment. Having now spoken at length to the tenant in question I hope they are reassured that no knowledge was deliberately withheld and they were put forward on the basis that they wanted to remain in the property on a long term basis and accepted as such by the landlord. The tenant was kind enough to mention that staff have dealt with him in a courteous and efficient manner on other matters and we have explained that we are instructed only to deal with introduction and rent collection matters with the landlord dealing with all management issues directly.

We go to great lengths to deal with our landlords and tenant in the utmost professional way so any negative comments are of course very disappointing. I certainly hope having spoken to the tenant they now feel more positive about our service and would not consider using us in the future if required.
