Parm was very accommodating in meeting us after working hours, and facilitated those meetings quickly and easily. He was exceptionally thorough, and explained every aspect of the mortgage process to us. He was knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with us. For two people brand new to the UK housing market, Parm made things easy to understand and clear.
His 'after-sales' approach was excellent as well, as he maintained light contact with us through the entire offer/search/solicitor process. It was good to know that he was there if we needed anything.
I understand that it is unlikely, but I will be very happy to deal with Parm again. I am also more than happy to recommend him to friends and colleagues as a trustworthy and reliable mortgage agent.
