I can't thank the team at Knights Property Services enough, Adil, Jamie and Sam have helped me rent my property out, from my initial dealing with Adil he was always very friendly and professional, treating me exactly how I wanted to be treated. Initially, I only required information about the service and how it worked, he put my mind at ease and gave me full and honest answers at all time, even outside of work hours both he and Jamie were happy to answer my questions. Jamie and Adil gave me time to speak to my partner and discuss the information; they did not pressurize me and were happy to wait for my decision.
Adil initially recorded all of the information of my property, he helped me value the property and Jamie came round to look at the flat and took very professional looking photos. Within 5 days of initially speaking to them my property was on the market and received a lot of interest. Both Jamie and Adil took my best interests to heart and turned customers away as they felt they wouldn't fit my criteria and wouldn't be able to afford the property on a regular basis, this filled me with confidence as I knew they wanted to find the best tenants for me and were not simply interested in gaining any ordinary people just to get money.
I was very impressed with their attitude, always friendly and courteous to me, treating me exactly how they would anyone else and I felt secure knowing Jamie was around my property without being there myself.
Sam provided excellent help for me throughout the process, she was regularly in contact and happy to answer any questions. By doing this she emailed me all of the documents required and asap she would contact me to ensure I was happy and understood what was going on and was always extremely professional and friendly. Sam provided excellent help in the process and was always on hand to handle my questions and the technical side.
As of last night, Jamie had another viewing which once again filled me with confidence when he showed a couple the flat who had never rented before, they were very impressed and wanted to pay the deposit asap, however Jamie took their interests to heart and said to think about it, discuss it with each other and if they were still happy to call him in the morning. I know that these customers were very happy with this as they too felt that he had their interests in mind, however they were very keen and Jamie asked if I was happy to have them in my property before he started working on the final stages which I'm confidant will be complete in the next couple of weeks.
