I am always looking for properties and often request viewings giving as much notice as possible. However, days turn into weeks and still I get NO response. I understand that they may not be able to get hold of vendors however would it not be GOOD MANNERS to communicate this back to me rather than I having to keep re contacting them TIME and time again. I am in a good position, not needing a mortgage and without anything to sell and I find it unbelievable that they call themselves professionals and keep their jobs, I even have no better service with the manager.
I would resort to putting notes through the vendors doors but most if these properties are empty or tenanted, so it would not get back to the owner! which is really they that should know.
Ask yourself if this was your property you were selling through them would you be happy to find this out. Most of the agents are exactly the same , they are viewing agents, that's all, and not even good at that.
I WILL NOW START TO BUY AT AUCTION. SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD

They were friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end. They helped to push the solicitor, too. :) It was important, because we moved in before Christmas. It was an excellent present from God and Your Move.

I was very impressed with the service we received from Your-Move. Our property was marketed promptly and all our viewings were accompanied by a member of the branch. We got the price we wanted within a couple of weeks....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
