Reeds Rains were excellent during my recent move to a rented house. They were polite, efficient and made the whole process much less daunting. Had very positive dealings with David, Janice and also Kaye Schofield. Note ..this review site has not allowed me to imput the correct address. Address is in todmorden

The fee should have been refunded in this particular situation due to the oversight on the agents part that caused the collapse of our move the day before we were to move. It caused us a lot of stress and the agent wasn't in any way helpful.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Mention this in the first instance before we got serious about renting from ReedsRains that our guarantor would need to sign to agree to have the responsibility passed to next of kin should they die. Look at the unreasonable clause and have it ammended to be fair especially considering we have done everything asked of us and were ready to move the following day. Alternatively offer us the ‚£100 fee back as the tenancy was never drawn up or at least part of the ‚£100.
