Having had my property on the Market with Cubitt and West for over 8 months( see separate review which isn't a good one), we went Multi agency with King and Chasemore. The place sold within 6 weeks. Very Professional and trustworthy. Constant feedback and updates up until the completion. I appreciate there are bad reviews for this company on this site, but they are for branches elsewhere in the land.
The Chichester branch, who were previously Mann Countrywide, were recently taken over and the staff stayed on. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.
