I tell you terrible experience with Lynn. Everybody who is looking to buy flat have to go to normal agency to normal people who is really understand they job! This agency is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I will explain WHY
First of all. I have made appointment at 5pm to view the flat to buy. My husband came back from work early than have to, as we don't have the car, we took car for rent to get to location, we been late for 5 minutes, called to agency that we late, lady is been transfered us to Lynn and do you know what she said? "Sorry guys, there is no power on the flat! we need to do re-appointment" STOP: Why she told us this information in time of appointment??? Oki. Next. In that time we made another appointment for saturday at 3 pm, she is confirmed this. I called before one day to her, she didn't pick up her mobile never-ever. I called to office and the again transfered me to her. We confirmed our appointment to make sure that everything still in power. The day of our appointment we came to location and been wait her, but nobody came, we called to her - she said: "I haven't any appointment at 3 pm." OMGGGGGGG, come on! What are hells going on with you guys?! Absolutely abnormal situation, it was looks like we are all small piece of s**t, but Lynn is God!!!! At the end - we made new appointment for monday, we seen flat and made offer for flat. Today is 3 rd day as we made offer, we been wondering if our offer is on power, as they said that had few offers for same flat. And I again wrote to her, ask her does she has any news? And you know what she said: "Your offer is far too low, we have had much higher offers on the property" SOOO!!!! If you had much higher offers Why you waist our time really and didn't told us early????!!!! Why i need to call or to write her? Everybody don't care whats going on, people in this agency really don't know word "Sorry", they don't care about buyers, lettings, whatever. There is no respect to anyone, they Gods! We need just believe in this! Good luck everybody and if you really would like to be a part of them (buying, selling, letting) just make sure that you have to be a piece of s**t!

I'm sorry you felt it nessessary to write this but having spoken to everyone involved this is totally uncalled for. The first viewing you were late for and Lynn couldn’t stay any longer as she had another appointment, the second viewing Lynn gave you a time and date to come back to her on to confirm which you didn’t, if Lynn or anyone else was free we would have come straight out but everyone was sadly busy. The other issue I hear was to do with the sale price, you knew there were already offers on the property which were well over the asking price, after to viewed the property your offer wasn’t enough to secure the property, we are not allowed to tell you by law what offers we have had, this angered you but this wasn’t our fault. The property also has a charge on it due to the old owners owing money, this has greatly delayed the sales process and this still hasn’t been resolved by the Solicitors. I was looking forward to airing my fustration at the last meeting but I had yet another missed delivery waiting for me at the local post office to collect. By the time I had come back, it was over. Staff there told me they are running out of space to store the parcels because the intercom doesn't work. I saw these parcels for myself and yes they are from my block of flats.
