Liars, Overcharging for everything and for services not even providing,
entering the property without informing tenets
once walked in the flat and found the standing with their shoes in the flat changing the curtains. They were supposed to investigate and come back to me! never happened.
When moved one I was told there were no water rates ( been living in the building for 10 years nobody pays water rates) they were charging me rates.

As outlined in the review there were many instances of unethical / disrespectful behavior which seems to be ingrained into the culture of this organisation. If the owner of this small agent is not responsible for this bad culture he should seek a wholesale review of how they comply with managing lettings and seek to improve internal systems so that they can make the necessary profits without breaking the basic standards expected by tenants in Reading.Attached Filesnbsp;

I'm sorry you've not been entirely satisfied with your rental experience and have taken to this website to air concerns. Just to confirm a couple of the points you've made, firstly all fees associated with a tenancy are clearly outlined in the Tenancy Agreement you signed prior to moving in.
