This agency is nice when you pay your deposit and sign the contract, but afterwards they are the worst and I will tell you why!! I have sent them an email with all the things that needed to be changed or replaced, such as there is wood rot, the taps are absolutely disgusting, the doors to the kitchen and the bathroom do not close and I don't have working locks on the bathroom door or the shed and a lot of other stuff. I get an email back that they would contact the owner, now 8 MONTHS LATER, after dozens of phone calls and multiple emails, nothing has been done absolutely nothing, they always promise to call back; they never do. And guess who showed up today!! THE OWNER!! Says he is going to sell the place and that he wants to take his belongings from the house. This is the third time in 8 months that people show up at my house with a key and no written note or phone call from the agency!! Also where do all the other letters from David Daniels come from saying, you have to vacate the property in two weeks because the new owners want to move in! But the place hasn't been sold!! One of my friends knows someone at the David Daniels office right, she was told the owner is dead, hence the reason they couldn't contact him!! He looks alive to me! David Daniels never gave me a note he would come around today, yet again this happens!! And a couple of days ago the inspector came around and a day later we had a letter in the letterbox saying there is wood rot! WELL HELLO I MENTIONED THIS 8 MONTHS AGO!! Of course there is no break clause in my contract, I admit I am 25 and quite naive. Guess I have learned my lesson: never sign any contracts with these guys! They only give you grief!
