As a tenant I strongly advise you to think twice about renting a property if Glenmead are managing it. They have been rude, patronising, unsympathetic, they don't like answering phones or calling you back and have been incredibly slow at getting work carried out .They feed you constant excuses for the delay but never offer other alternatives. They ignore their phones and don't always call back. They Ignore any points you make, they don't believe anything you say . Its a total distrust of their tenants that makes the simplest job take months to sort out.
