I would just like to give a big thank you to Neil Seymour, and all his lettings team including helpful Aiden Shears at the Fulfords branch in Paignton for their total professionalism in handling my Torbay rental properties for over 2 years now. I only use Neil and his lettings team because I know whether I'm on holiday or if there is a tenant to help, the lettings team are always easy to contact and are on hand to quickly action requests, putting my mind at ease.

Rented from Fulfords for 3 and a bit years and they are an absolute bunch of clowns.
They let in a contractor without my knowledge and basically gave him the spare key to the property which is trespassing and they didn't seem to care.

I've had the same problem with Neil from Fulfords in Paignton. I moved out a month ago and still haven't received my deposit because I didn't physically hand the keys to him in person of Friday evening. Also had problems with lack of communication from sister partnership county wide. Still tried charging me rent after I moved out! He was rude on the phone to me talking down to me like a child. Utterly disappointed with his level of service. I strongly recommend not to let with Fulfords...moving ...
