I don't usually write reviews but I was so incensed by the lack of service I recieved from freeman foreman, eastbourne branch. I asked to view a property, with a promise to ring me back, two days later I phoned them again, and another promise to phone me back. They didnt. When I phoned them again they exp land a tenant was at the property so there was only a few times when viewings can take place which is not convenient to me. Rather than trying to help the sales lady was rude on the phone.
It is a shame. I would like to tell the vendor about the poor service and encourage him NOT TO SELL A HOUSE WITH FREEMAN FOREMAN in eastbourne.
