Utterly, utterly awful. Don't use thier managed service which consists of charging you a significant % each month to print an invoice. The bi-annual property visits consist of stepping into the house for 2 minutes, looking vaguely arond and leaving (2 minutes is generous as confirmed by my tenants). Lee himself who is the branch manager confirms the visits are not fit for purpose and they commonly miss the kind of problems they're meant to catch, don't for a second think they'll compensate you for any costs incurred as a result though.
Don't make the mistake of asking them to market your property either, they only managed to scrape together 1 viewing in 2 months on mine, having secured that one applicant they immeadiately marked the property let agreed and stop marketing it (without telling me they'd done so), apparently this is standard practise. The application took over a week and the applicant failed criteria but they didn't let that bother them, it took them a further week to stop trying to persuade me to accept the applicant anyway and start marketing again.
They are incapable of communicating amongst themselves, if you have important information to impart make sure you tell each and every one of them personally, and make them write it down because they have the memory of goldfish too. In fact don't bother, they'll lose the paper anyway.
They will never call you back so if they tell you they'll get back to you don't believe them, you'll die waiting
BTW Having given up on them and offered the property to thier competitors I have had 7 viewings in a week, that tells you all you need to know.
