John D Wood is the most incompetent, unprofessional " agent I have ever come across - and I used to be an office agent for 2 years! She has made a complete mountain out of a mole hill and is trying to extract extortionate and unfair fees from a tragic situation, which has resulted in a early termination. But despite them finding a new tenant and us paying rent until they move in, she has created a ridiculous amount of fuss and wasted time rather than just doing her job. She has also had great difficulty explaining the fees she is trying to charge with no transparency. She calls regularly rather than using clear professional emails and she gets extremely heated, aggressive and upset on the phone to the point where it's almost abusive. Avoid this agent at all costs!

Sack Rebecca Beckett and appoint a proper, professional and intelligent Manager in her place.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent in question could have started off by just being polite. Only one person made the experience anything other than awful. You get a distinct impression that you are at the bottom of the pecking order (buyers/sellers first, then landlords, then tenants). While this may be true in terms of business, it is unacceptable to treat anyone like a second class citizen because you're not helping bring in the big money. Generally disgusted.Attached Filesnbsp;
