Martin Billiard (mgr.) provided very good pre sales advice from an early stage and kept an active interest in the project as it developed. Jamie Burgess, the sales negotiator, was exceptional in the way he handled the sales process keeping all parties up to date with progress and helping to resolve issues and when he was busy Andrew was always on hand to help out. A very good team effort by the Reigate office and very much appreciated.... good job!!!!

They can't release deposit for 6 weeks now. Don't reply to phone calls, don't keep me update, excuses about system being down, trasfering money within 5 days, etc. They missed 10 days deadline and still can't explain what is going on....

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have helped us to leave earlier, actually expressed an interest in our situation and sorted out the bedbugs. And returned the deposit or reimbursed us for the thousands of pounds it cost.

TERRIBLE AGENCY!!!!!! Left the property clean and in good condition, no problem raised by landlord. However, Gascoigne Pees still have my deposit over 1 month on from vacating. Will also mislead you by sneakily switching the power to Spark Energy before you move in....
