I can honestly say I can't recommend Central Estates enough! After years and years of nasty and upsetting dealings with estate agents it was really refreshing to be spoken to and be treated like a human being! From day one Richard took an interest in our needs and went out of his way to find us suitable properties. As we were new to the London market, and buying a house in this city is mentally competative the process was quite stressful. But Richard really kept our feet on the ground and gave us good guidence and advice. After him finding us our dream house and having our offer accepted we unfortunately had a bit of a bumpy ride. Due to circumstances out of everyone's control the sale nearly fell through on a number of occasions. As you can imagine our stress levels went through the roof! Richard really went out of his way to sort out alternitive properties and find a 'Plan B'. The second property needed quite a bit of work but Richard has a lot of knowledge about what would need doing and basic cost so it helped us to make an informed choice. It really put our mind at rest. Thankfully our dream house came through and we moved in the week before Christmas.
My only minor criticism would be that as the purchase took such a long time maybe a few more phone calls with a progress report, even if there was no change in the situation.
My best friends are moving to the area soon and I will definately be passing on Richard's number as I know they will be in safe hands at Central.
