Absolutely appalling our file for progressing sat on their desk from October till January so we ended up waiting over 4 months had to do the chasing ourselves to find out what was going on, missed our deadlines.
The Manager also promised a £50 M&S voucher for referring another person and it was never given kept chasing them from October to March - useless.
I would NOT recommend Ward & Partners at all.

Ward and Partners provided a good service with regards to finding a tenant for my property.
The lettings process was clearly explained and all paper work was dealt with in a professional
