STAY AWAY FROM ROBINSONS RELOCATION...I had a owe-full experience with Robinsons Relocation. Starting from their Sales Persons visit to receiving my shipment at the destination. I have been a victim of poor and unprofessional service provided by Robinsons Relocation and their partner Writer Relocation.
The sales man came with an iPad to show me a presentation during the initial stage of choosing a relocation company. I have had a very bitter experience with the company since the beginning; the sales manager who came to visit my apartment made all sorts of false promises and showed me a presentation on the iPad which showed what "good care" of the personal items they take, but when I saw how the packing was done I got scared. I have photographic and video evidence to show this. I unfortunatly fell for the lie the guy showed me on his iPad. The actual thing was totally different. 2 unprofessional staff came to pack my items and I was scared they way the items were packed! They did not bring enough packing material to pack delicate items properly...so they had to take my items without packing and they just stuffed my belonging in the truck. My belongings were taken from my place and I was not even given a packing list, I had to chase even for the packing list several times, I had to reschedule another collection as your "professional" staff forgot to pick certain items which was on the list. It is not just one thing but the experience has been so bitter that I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone!I raised my concern to the manager in-charge of the move. But nothing... The fact is also that there was an error made in filling the documents in first place (as the company say that they were not aware of customs document change which were mande) I am sure that this was not the case as their counterpart says that their was an error made by Robinsons, due to this I had to stay in a hotel for over a month and bear unnecessary expense of hotel room, food etc. in a new country. I have sent many emails to a few senior manager in the company but all they did was give excuses. I asked for a compensation to be paid for all financial loss I had to suffer (hotel expenses, rent etc) but I did not get anything. It is shamefull that a company claiming to be on top of the game does not even care about ANY customer service. BEWARE, If you are thinking to use their services...its better to stay miles away as they will not provide services what they promise while grabbing the business .
Our Christmas was ruined because of their unprofessional...I had so much stress, loss of money because of them...so STAY AWAY
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have paid adequate compensation to prove that they provide good customer service and take care of the customers
