David and Caroline Lewis have, for the second time been instrumental in organising our remortgage following the end of our 2 year fixed mortgage. Although the process should have been straightforward, we unfortunately encountered all sorts of problems due to the ineptness of the solicitors selected by the company issuing our mortgage. After trying to sort out the situation myself, and becoming increasingly frustrated by lack of responses to emails, inadequate answers to questions on the phone and weeks of delay to what should have been a simple process, I contacted David and Caroline Lewis. From that day, they took control and ensured the remortgage was eventually finalised. Caroline kept in constant communication with me, informing me of each step as it was completed. She was always available to answer my questions, phoning me back promptly if ever I left a message. I will continue to use their services until my mortgage is completed. Their professionalism, attention to detail and the way they always make you feel as though you are their most important client is what makes their service exemplary.
